Fabrication of macroscopic three-dimensional (3D) structures made nanofibers widely used polymers is reported. 3D have several benefits over conventional flat two-dimensional (2D) by the added dimension. The been fabricated electrospinning technology that can build rapidly due to certain additives in solution and appropriate process conditions. parameters identified investigated better understand formation mechanism build-up for polystyrene (PS), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). Different types electrodes were inserted chamber alter electric field control shape structure. upscalability this was using a standard electrospinner nozzle-free setup. It possible manufacture with these devices, highlighting versatility technology. opens pathway facile fabrication structure microfibrous features on commercial scale.
